Development and creation of a brand of high quality crued ham (using IGP or other kind of records)

The overall objective of this project is to create a cured ham with high quality – a product superior to the Serrano ham – which, for its excellence, is recognized and appreciated internationally, and allows a higher sale price and better margins for the processors who want to market it.

This objective can be broken down into the following objectives:
– Technological development of the product.
– Analysis of the necessary requirements for the achievement of the brand.
– Processing of the trademark and use regulations.
– Improvement and increase of sales of the range of hams of each company.
