Continuous monitoring system of location and temperature of the meat product in the distribution chain

Main objectives of the project:
The project aims at the feasibility analysis of the implementation of a system of thermal control and product placement along the distribution chain to the client’s facilities using the existing technologies. It will include the analysis of different proposals prepared by technological suppliers with experience in the sector and their subsequent evaluation in order to obtain the best solution from a technical and economic point of view. It will involve companies and organizations of various kinds:

Transforming meat companies.

Companies in the logistics sector.

Suppliers of technological solutions.

Customers.

Supporting organizations.

The aim is to be able to anticipate the demands of customer control and safety (food distribution sector) in a global market.
