The project “Valorization of low commercial value proteins from sub and co-products of pig slaughterhouses”, promoted and coordinated by INNOVACC, is mentioned on pages 30 and 31 of the document “Towards a new Greener Normal – How Clusters are Dealing with Green Transition in Times of Covidien-19 “. It was held from 2015 to 2019 and involved: Patel SAU, Frigorífics Costa Brava SA, Friselva SA, Frigoríficos del Nordeste SA, Olot Meats SA, IRTA, UdG.
