Le Porc Gourmet, S.A. is a pig slaughterhouse equipped with the highest technology and automation, which guarantees a great capacity for slaughter. The slaughterhouse is part of the meat complex of Santa Eugènia de Berga, where the activities of slaughter, cutting room, processing of viscera and treatment of animal by-products are brought together. A competitive and modern company that allows us to guarantee a top quality product, meeting the health, technological and organoleptic requirements of the market, and sales in international markets account for 80% of revenue.
With production plants in Zuera and Mollerussa, apart from Santa Eugènia, Grupo Jorge is one of the main meat industrial groups in Spain, it covers all the processes of the pig production chain: farms, feed mills, slaughterhouses, cutting salts, processed, dryers and by-products.
