In this session, you will learn in detail about the call for the ACTIVA Industry 4.0 program, a specialized and personalized advice program, carried out by consultants accredited by the Ministry (MINCOTUR) and with experience in implementing Industry 4.0 projects, which will guide the company Catalan in its process of digital transformation.
We will have the participation of Fernando Carabias, Head of Area in the Subdirección General de Digitización de la PYME y Entornos Colaborativos, which will detail the content of the program.
This advisory program, carried out with the methodology developed by the General Secretariat of Industry and SMEs, will allow companies to have a situation diagnosis and a plan for its digital transformation, identifying and prioritizing opportunities for improvement, as well as digital solutions, establishing a roadmap for its implementation.
The company will receive specialized and individualized advice that will result in a diagnostic report of its current situation in terms of digitization and the development of a Transformation Plan.
