Located in Olot, Pernils Can Mateu, S.L.U. is a family business dedicated to the elaboration of Cured Ham in an artisanal way. The production process imitates that of the old farmhouses of La Garrotxa, a slow process (about two years of healing) that respects the time marked by each piece. Only in this way are the unique and high quality hams of Can Mateu achieved.
