CSB-System’s specific software has received the award “ERP System of the Year 2019”.
The famous prize was handed out last October 17 in Frankfurt.
For the second time, CSB-System’s specific software has been awarded the “ERP System of the Year” award in the “Food” category. The independent expert panel of the Center for Enterprise Research (CER) recognized the concrete benefit to the customer, the suitability of the industry through specific functions, as well as the methodology of implementing the software.
CSB’s complete solution represents all areas of the value chain of food and beverage companies – vertically and horizontally, that is, from primary production to the consumer, and from the machine to the control. In this way, all business processes are fully represented within the standard version. Thanks to the modular structure, companies can introduce new functionalities flexibly in steps that they themselves determine.
The “ERP System of the Year” award has been awarded for more than ten years. The objective of the competition is the neutral consideration and evaluation of the non-functional criteria of ERP systems, in order to create greater transparency and a better decision-making basis for user companies. therefore, participating ERP systems are screened and evaluated based on criteria such as implementation methodology, customer communication and sales marketing, research and development, and concrete customer benefits, the suitability of the sector, the ergonomics, as well as the technology and the scope of the integration. The jury, chaired by Prof. Dr. – Eng. Norbert Gronau from the University of Potsdam, was composed of representatives from areas such as Science, neutral consultants and representatives of the media.
