INNOVACC Catalan Meat and Alternative Protein Cluster and the Packaging Cluster are coming together to talk about food safety at the intercluster conference on October 4.

We will talk about the regulatory framework that affects the meat sector for the management of food safety as well as all the mandatory and recommended requirements to ensure that the product reaches the consumer in the best conditions.

To conclude the cross-sector meeting point, we will visit Mettler Toledo’s Barcelona Support Center, which has just been inaugurated, with a guided tour of the center specializing in product inspection technologies for the detection of contaminants and dynamic weighing.
