Càrniques Valldan is a company dedicated to the production of traditional Catalan sausages, whose origin dates back to 1988, when the founders’ family butcher shop facilities became insufficient to satisfy customer demand. They combine the youth of our company with the experience accumulated over more than 100 years by three generations of bacon makers. They have modern facilities of more than 7000 m2 prepared for the handling and preparation of fresh, cooked and cured products. They also have a plant for the production of sliced products in operation, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery that allows them to slice all kinds of sausages and package them in different presentations. Its commitment is to produce healthier and more natural products, with a well-differentiated quality and flavor. Sausages with their own label that are present in the main supermarket chains in Catalonia.
